The story revolves around Colonel Cercy and a team of scientists who grapple with the challenge of neutralizing the alien ambassador, who possesses the uncanny ability to transform into whatever threatens him. As they attempt various lethal strategies—ranging from high-powered weapons to psychological manipulation—they discover that the ambassador's incredible powers stem from a fundamental principle of chaos that underlies his existence. Ultimately, through the use of specially designed disrupters to generate chaos, Cercy and his team manage to eliminate the ambassador, thereby foiling the impending colonization attempt on Earth.
